Bilivoka has been awarded Norway’s third best travel blog!

The website TrueStory.no arranged a competition this autumn to vote for Norway’s best travel blog. To our pleasant surprise Bilivoka managed to get third place.

We started this travel blog a little less than four years ago. At the time we were making a travel blog specifically for our around the world trip for our family an friends to follow, and started blogging a bit earlier to gain some experience. After the trip we realised how much we enjoyed this and continued our “public travel diary”.

Since then we have been on many journeys and received countless good memories. Jørn has taken more than 250 flights with Tora not very far behind.

The highlight of our travel adventure came last autumn when we got married on Mount Everest Base Camp. Shortly after we travelled to the Galápagos Islands, something we view as the most beautiful trip we’ve had so far.

We have been on many great journeys over the years, but that we were going to be named the third best travel blog in Norway was totally unexpected. It gives us motivation to keep writing and we are looking forward to sharing more travel adventures.

Since the award was decided by popular vote it is thanks to everyone reading this blog that we made it to the list. We would therefore like to say a big thank you to everyone who voted for us!
