A stroll in the gardens of Versailles
The Palace of Versailles has been on our bucket list for a long time. Not only because of its sheer size, but because we wanted the answer to an age old question: Is this the building that can surpass the Winter Palace in St. Petersburg?

Paris has around 40 000 restaurants according to BBC. In other words, there are plenty of places to choose from and we think that we have found the best one.
Preikestolen: The mountain above the sky
Preikestolen, also known as Pulpit Rock is visited by almost 300 000 tourists every year. It is an impressive sight, but most people have probably not seen it at its most impressive, when the fjord below is covered by clouds.

As our around the world trip is just around the corner the wanderlust becomes stronger and stronger. The wallet, on the other hand, strongly opposes travel. Therefore I set aside 60 dollars to travel to Denmark; including absolutely all costs.
Western Norway’s natural wonders for those with no fear of heights
After moving to Western Norway it was a bit embarrassing to have less experience with touristic sights than visiting foreigners. But finally I have completed the top three sights for those with no fear of heights: Kjerag, Preikestolen and Trolltunga.

Weekend and two days off work, what to do? Backpacking in Europe of course! After carefully studying the map we figured out that Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria and Hungary have interesting cities very close to one another. But is it worth travelling to this many places in such a short time?
